The Met x Eichholtz introduces the Wall Element Lumières, inspired by the grandeur of a set of 18th-century French sconces in The Met collection. The antiqued gold finish and intricate detailing of our interpretation evoke the opulence of the Rococo period, adding a touch of historical elegance to any interior. This piece beautifully merges old-world charm with modern sophistication. Historic provenance: The Wall Element Lumières is inspired by the grandeur of a set of Parisian sconces (ca. 1750) in the characteristically lavish Rococo style, a period renowned for its opulent artisanship and intricate designs. Our version embodies the elegance and sophistication of these triumphs of Rococo art.
