The designdrawing of this fabric is gorgeous, but the fabric itself is very light and thin. It can easily tear at the seams. This is the reason I have given this fabric only 3 stars. Also, the price for this fabric is extremely high as the fabric is frail and nonfunctional. Unfortunately, the description of the majority of the fabrics on Perigold is not sufficient. I have been trying to give my reviews whether for 5 or for 3 stars with photos of my work to help prospective buyers.
I do Not recommend this fabric for any of the following upholstery or pillows or cushions or drapery as it is very thin. I will only be able to use the one pillow I have made with this fabric as only a decorative item (view the photos). This is very disappointing as all my sewing projects have been made to be used as a functional item, except for this (very expensive) fabric.
I now have 1 12 yard of this expensive fabric left and no use for it. This makes it quit challanging. I will keep you posted! ). Frannie. CA. Fri Feb 11 2022
