Introduced to the craft at an early age by his father, Chris attended Al Weber Workshops and classes at the community college where his father taught. Dunker earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Art and Design with a photography concentration and a minor in Philosophy from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. In 1995, he completed a Master of Fine Arts in photography from Utah State University.

Fern Cassidy was born in Oakland, CA, but grew up in Colorado. She enjoys traveling, being outdoors, food, and painting. Fern studied drawing and painting at CSU Long Beach where she trained under influential professors, but most of her experience comes from her personal practice. She works in all mediums, including oil, acrylic, watercolor, and gouache, but also likes to experiment with textiles and fiber arts. Fern finds opportunities to explore and experiment with colors and shapes. She’s found inspiration from daily life and the things around her: “Art is a means to preserve and find meaning in life.”
