The item shown is not what I received. The painting above is in a nice, gold frame which is exactly what I wanted to coordinate with other gold pieces on my mantle. Artist Janice Sadler created her painting series in watercolor as an ode to her southern California home. Janice particularly likes working in watercolors, because "the subtle colors intermingle, wash and flow into each other and new colors evolve from it". Janice is inspired by the ocean and local flora. This watercolor series is ideally suited to recreating the visual flavor of the seaside.
