From the calm countryside, we look over horses galloping and ships sailing around a bustling city. This traditional etching of a European city is produced as four gallery-wrapped canvas panels. The soft color palette and detailed linework create a calming and mesmerizing statement in any space.
Unfortunately one of the panels was destroyed in shipping. I chose not to replace it because while it is pretty it does not look as expensive as it is.. Nancy. Meridian, ID. Thu Apr 21 2022

I was born in the Foothills of California, a small town called Tuolumne, fairly close to Yosemite National Park. I studied textile design and oil painting. I studied at a local community college back home and at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise. Art has a lot of meaning for me. It’s a way of communicating, expressing myself, and connecting myself to my thoughts and others. I find inspiration mainly from nature and emotions. I like to use all mediums, but my favorites are oil, acrylic, and watercolor. I enjoy being outdoors, playing music, painting, singing, writing, and being with friends.

Ann was born in Enid, Oklahoma, and educated at the University of Oklahoma, with a degree in Interior Design. She moved to San Diego in 1984, where she lives today with her husband and three children. While her artistic impression was constant throughout her life, her recent foray into the art world was developed over the past 15 years of working as a volunteer art teacher for school children at the elementary level. During this time she also worked as the prop, costume, and backdrop designer for the elementary school’s performances and directed the art and talent shows for many years. Now coming full circle, Ann is once again involved in instructing new and aspiring artists on her painting methods. In her commitment to being a green artist, Ann is able to create unique paintings by using recycled materials, finding items of interest in her environment, and using every drop of paint to add dimension to her paintings.
