Inspired by the symmetrical and geometric planting of gardens of the French Renaissance, our Parterre collection is a simple, classic design. This beautiful English fine bone china-filled candle features intricate gold gilding. Its jasmine scent is delicate and serene with notes of citrus and honeyed white petal. The heady aroma will transport you to a sun-drenched summer garden in full bloom.

Each one of the twelve animals of the Chinese Zodiac is represented in a collection of candles and diffusers. This candle in a glass container with a porcelain lid is dedicated to the rabbit, the animal in the Chinese Zodiac for 2023. The white porcelain lid is decorated with a painstakingly etched pattern. The scent is sweet memories, a delicate fragrance with notes of vanilla, honey, and red berries.

This citrus fruit has been cultivated for over 3,000 years and belongs to the Rutaceae family. Originating in Kashmir, it was first brought to Europe via the Muslim conquests of the Middle Ages. Portuguese and Spaniards later began planting it in the Americas. Characterised by its acidity, the lemon is today recognised for its many medicinal properties and its fresh, invigorating fragrance.

An aquatic fruitiness. The waterlily's top note, a vegetal yet subtly floral fragrance, is augmented by succeeding tones that are both fruity and addictive Its moist floral facets then open out with coloured notes, succulent and fruit filled reminiscent of pineapple. Colored illustrations from a vellum and a botanical plate dating from the 19 th Century appear through a matte, soft blue glass In the center of the octagonal label, we find w aterlily flowers and leaves printed in gold embossing.

Colorful, the Carriere Freres taper candles are scented with floral, woody, fruity and herbal notes. Their botanical perfume prevails when opening the box; once lit up, the taper candles only diffuse a golden halo. Manufactured in Carriere Freres atelier in Normandy, they bring back the memory of decorative candles used to embellish tables at the beginning of the 20th Century, thus reconnecting us with the early years of the brand, founded in 1884. Like the whole Carriere Freres collection, the taper candles are crafted using 100% vegetable wax, essentially made from organic European rapeseed.

An aromatic green fragrance. The scent is powerful green, plantlike Green notes of galbanum and petitgrain mix with the aniseed scent of the absinthe absolute supported by basil and mint A woody base note weaves through the wake of this scented green bouquet. Colored illustrations from botanical plates dating from the 19 th Century appear through the matte, jade green tinted glass In the center of the octagonal label, we find a cluster of Absinthe's flowers printed in gold embossing.
