Artist Giselle Kelly was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She studied Fine Art with an emphasis on engraving at university and was inspired by oriental art. While studying at university, she used many oriental instruments like oriental ink sticks, bamboo brushes, and oriental traditional paper. Art to Giselle means every moment and focusing on one's feelings. Her inspiration comes from her life experiences. She is interested in photography, especially in landscapes, and is inspired by nature, travel, people, and music. She enjoys working with a variety of mediums such as acrylic, watercolor, and oriental ink.

A classic, redrawn. Briar reimagines the traditional landscape with a relaxed hand. Sketched in bold strokes on soft white cotton, its countryside composition feels both familiar and freshly interpreted. Frayed edges nod to its hand-touched origins, while the solid wood frame and glass overlay lend a polished finish. Timeless, textured, and heritage with a hint of ease.

Ericka Wolf is an encaustic and oil artist working in Seattle, Washington. Combined with her study of color in the landscape of the natural world, Ericka tries to capture an expression that's transient and intentionally uncomplicated. Something reductive but reflective, using color as a luminous expression rather than illustration. In Ericka's current work, she's creating skies with a serenity that she has seen and felt before, and that she tries to imagine during bleak winter months in Seattle. When the state of the world itself seems bleak, she finds a quiet slowness by contemplating the sky and the broad juxtaposing of color that can exist in myriad ways. It's a calming opposite to our overstimulated culture: chaotic events and unending social media. For Ericka, the sky seems like the perfect metaphor for life-expansiveness, even though at the times dark or dangerous, ultimately beautiful in all of its vibrancy and impermanence.

This is gorgeous and has a very calming effect.. Jennifer. New London, NC. Mon Oct 09 2023

D’Alessandro attended the Art Institute of California where he explored mixing mediums as well as digital. He also attended illustration, sculpting, and fine art workshops. After spending long periods of time studying different techniques, D’Alessandro’s art became increasingly influenced by artists from the early 1900s. During D’Alessandro’s studies, he painted many different themes. He painted with restless intensity, often painting from morning until night. D’Alessandro was able to indulge his earliest artistic preferences for people, nature, architecture, and landscapes in his illustration and personal pieces.

Artist Wendy Kleine was born in Encino, California. She lived in Southern California until she was 7 years old and then moved with her family to Chicago, Illinois. While she had been influenced by her mother’s love of art as a small child, she was also inspired by her many trips to the Chicago Art Institute. In 1972, she and her family moved to the small mountain town of Lake Arrowhead, California, where she attended the art program at Rim of the World High School and fell in love with the beauty of nature. For the past 6 years, she has been teaching acrylic and watercolor to children and adults. In 2015, Wendy began focusing on her own work using acrylic, watercolor, and mixed media. She divides her time between San Diego and Lake Arrowhead, where she is continually inspired by the beauty of nature.

The artist Richard Ryder developed an affinity towards art at an early age where he took every opportunity to incorporate art into his assignments. During his early years while attending elementary school, he would doodle on the blank side of envelopes or any discarded paper. This drove his passion to pursue taking studio art courses while in high school and continued that pursuit through a four-year formal art education. As an artist that is heavily influenced by graphic design, Art Deco, and traditional animation, Richard aims to capture the beauty in whichever subject he is painting. He focuses on ways to exploit the basic elements of art to create a satisfying and cohesive design. As an artist, Richard seeks to improve and challenge himself. He states that “With the internet, I am constantly inspired by art either in the fine art or commercial field. It is this exposure that leads me to constantly explore different mediums and styles."
