Artist Janice Sadler created her painting series in watercolor as an ode to her Southern California home. She particularly likes working in watercolors because "the subtle colors intermingle, wash and flow into each other and new colors evolve from it." Inspired by the ocean and local flora, this watercolor series is ideally suited to recreating the visual flavor of the seaside.
Background is really beige almost yellowish . There this (I don’t know what to call it ) “puzzle piece” on her mid back that is very white and rectangular with a jagged edge . Not sure what it’s suppose to be but looks like a poorly cut bandaid . My eye goes straight to it as it’s so stark white compared to the rest of her back . Guess that’s what I get for ordering “art” without seeing it in person . Other than the yellow background and bandaid on her back , it’s tolerable. To me it’s worth about 400 dollars .
