The artist Richard Ryder developed an affinity towards art at an early age where he took every opportunity to incorporate art into his assignments. My piece just arrived, while it is a beautiful painting, i have to say it is ruined by the very, very high glass epoxy that was put on top of the painting. While this might afford protection, most art in floating frames do not have this. and it is not visible in the photos. They should have used either nothing or a non glare option. Because it causes great glare off the picture, taking away from the beautiful piece and making it look like a cheap poster. Not what I expected for this price. Elena Carlie was born in Romania; a country known for its rich cultural heritage and great natural beauty. Kept it but the bison on the actual painting are a lot darker and less contrasted than shown. Looks like a giant black blob on white canvas unless you look closely.
