Our Dearborn Mirror is a stately piece. It features a tall rectangular stainless steel frame. The corners of the frame are rounded adding to its windowpane style. It is finished in a brushed brass. It has a really pretty bubbled frame in gold and it’s very well-made. There are two brackets on the back where you can anchor the mirror onto the wall if you choose to do so, and it came with all of the anchoring tools you need. This is absolutely stunning, the perfect piece to place in my foyer. I needed something substantial as I have 10ft ceilings and this, at almost 8ft tall is perfect. It is a solid piece, weighing over 100 lbs and does take 2 people to move into position. We also secured it using the attached wire with bolts into the wall studs to prevent any mishaps. The delivery was smooth, 2 people brought in the mirror (still in its box) and placed it in the entryway. We took care of unboxing and placement - a bit of a chore, if you are not handy would recommend paying for someone to do it. The antiqued gold color is very one dimensional, I was expecting it to appear more like the picture where the color deepens in the crevices rather than what I got which was a very uniformly yellow gold throughout. Still pretty, just not as pretty as I had thought it would be. Get ready to struggle moving this thing!
