I love the glow of morning light through the fog, the graphic shadows of noon light, the light of an overcast day, and the dramatic rose-colored light at sunset. I am fascinated by people and their stories - from celebrities and people overcoming a life-changing obstacle to simple loving moments between a parent and their child. There is so much beauty in everyday life. I meet so many people from drastically different backgrounds and all of them inspire me to tell their stories with photography. I am also drawn to nature, from vast open landscapes to intricate details and patterns. The experience of really noticing the world around me is the greatest inspiration of all." I would never order from Perigold again. I didn’t realize that this was a nonreturnabke item. The item was, in my opinion, not as advertised. Looks very cheap and likely didn’t cost more than $20 to fabricate. I ordered a prior wall art item which was true to that pictured online. Very disappointed:. Tkramer. Key Biscayne. Sun Mar 08 2026

Artist James Pratt is a world-renowned palette knife artist and is considered one of the "Modern Masters." James was introduced to art at a young age by his father while sitting on his lap and copying his father’s pencil drawings. His life has always revolved around design and creativity. His great-grandfather immigrated to New Zealand from England in 1858 and was a published writer. His art is hanging in the museum of art in Auckland, New Zealand. James paints with a palette knife which he has been using for over fifteen years. He studied how to paint "alla prima" and found the knife as the best tool to encourage a lively and impressionistic treatment, providing an exciting contrast of scale and adding greatly to the impact of the finished painting.

The artist, David Brown, studied and received his Fine Arts training at California State University of Long Beach and graduated with a BFA in drawing and painting in 2018. As a child, he watched his older brother draw and recalls wanting to draw just like him when he grew up. David currently lives in Long Beach, California, and has been lucky to show his work in multiple group shows and a few solo shows, mostly based in the Los Angeles area. His traditional work includes oil, charcoal, and graphite. He is strongly influenced by the Renaissance, Baroque, and a lot of today’s contemporary work. David’s work is predominately focused on the human figure. “People are my inspiration. I love learning people’s stories and try to capture the sitter’s narrative through my drawings/ paintings …I love drawing people from life, I feel that my work focuses on the relationship between artist and model”. His art is his one true passion and he believes that, “artists are super sensitive and emotional human beings, our work is a physical representation of our thoughts and emotions, a diary that we choose to share with the world”.

Tim Klein Photography
A native of Tacoma, Washington, Tim Klein is a commercial/editorial photographer. His career spans almost 20 years, and he's been published in esteemed magazines and worked with many Fortune 500 companies such as Apple, Burberry, Esquire Magazine, The New Yorker, W Magazine, and Yamaha. He shoots with a variety of cameras but prefers his Leica. "My photography is inspired by people, places, and things. I was trained as a photojournalist so I find inspiration everywhere - from my travels abroad to my own backyard. My biggest source of inspiration is light, especially the way it can dramatically change a scene. The experience of really noticing the world around me is the greatest inspiration of all." Tim currently lives and works in Chicago, Illinois.
