Artwork arrived with a black frame with gold color on face only. Frame was said to be gold- I assumed that meant all sides. Black showed on inner and outer sides of the frame. Perigold was called immediately - the rep said they would send a replacement. I sent the artwork back only to have a different rep send an email saying my replacement was canceled. I’m extremely upset for the change and informal communication. Poor customer service.. Anonymous. Mon Aug 03 2026
