Artist Janice Sadler created her painting series in watercolor as an ode to her southern California home. Janice particularly likes working in watercolors, because "the subtle colors intermingle, wash and flow into each other and new colors evolve from it". Janice is inspired by the ocean and local flora. This watercolor series is ideally suited to recreating the visual flavor of the seaside.

Since 1994, Barclay Butera has been the creative force behind his eponymous design firm and showroom in Newport Beach, California. His success in Newport prompted Butera to establish showrooms in Hollywood, California, and Park City, Utah. Butera is renowned for his approachable elegance and glamorous, West-Coastchic interiors. Barclay Butera’s inspirations are drawn from a diverse variety of grand architecture from coast to coast, European and Far Eastern influences including everything from the high-fashion runways to his far-flung world travels. But, he readily credits old Hollywood and West Palm Beach as among his greatest muses.
I don't understand the finish. I have never seen a wrapped canvas piece of art with a what might appear as a shiny, protective film on it. If under glass, one expects a reflection unless it's museum glass. However, canvas should represent a brushstroke quality making it a good representation of the original.. Ryan. Galion, OH. His career spans almost 20 years, and he's been published in esteemed magazines and worked with many Fortune 500 companies such as Apple, Burberry, Esquire Magazine, The New Yorker, W Magazine, and Yamaha. He shoots with a variety of cameras but prefers his Leica. "My photography is inspired by people, places, and things. I was trained as a photojournalist so I find inspiration everywhere - from my travels abroad to my own backyard. My biggest source of inspiration is light, especially the way it can dramatically change a scene. I love the glow of morning light through the fog, the graphic shadows of noon light, the light of an overcast day, and the dramatic rose-colored light at sunset. I am fascinated by people and their stories - from celebrities and people overcoming a life-changing obstacle to simple loving moments between a parent and their child. There is so much beauty in everyday life. I meet so many people from drastically different backgrounds and all of them inspire me to tell their stories with photography. I am also drawn to nature, from vast open landscapes to intricate details and patterns. The experience of really noticing the world around me is the greatest inspiration of all." Tim currently lives and works in Chicago, Illinois.
