The velvet is an exqusite richly saturated teal color. It is beautiful ....I would feel comfortalbe using it for pillows or re-doing an small plush ottomans but would not feel comfortable for using it for very large re-upholstering projects such as a sofa. Really great quality upholstery fabric. Photo with quarter shows fabric’s coated back side. Stripes are 1” wide, and space between stripes is 1 and 3/4” wide. The photo in this photo is the black stripe. The background is not bright white and is not ivory-no yellow or pink tinge to it but more of a natural off white. It’s beautiful and I’m happy. Our Westfield collection is a geometric block designer pattern burnout velvet fabric. The velvet is raised on top of the fabric giving the rectangle shapes a 3D look. This fabric is soft and strong. Recommended for any upholstery or reupholstery job big or small as well as for drapery. Looks great on furniture and pillows.
