Artist Commentary: The collector of this piece chose the title "Indomitable Spirit" from a few presented to her. I love commissions and find them to be extra exciting and accelerating. In particular, this commission was fun because I shared my process through images and talking about the process every step of the way. We were both beyond pleased when this bison painting came to fruition.
