The optical transparent acrylic glass enhances the effect of depth and brings out the metallic UltraHD photo print’s exact contours and details for the stunning 3D effect. Because the image is printed using metallic UltraHD photo paper, this format will give you sharper lines and edges at higher resolutions. There is a reflective property with acrylic which light refracts through the acrylic glass, giving your photos substance and depth, as well as superb image quality from edge to edge. Also notable is that all our acrylic art piece’s edges are hand diamond polished to capture the surrounding light. HD Metal: On the metal pieces the image is printed/infused directly on diamond pearl white aluminum. The diamond-pearl aluminum creates a stunning shimmer with a satin seen enhancing reflective properties of the image. Images appear crisp and are very visible in brightly light areas while maintaining an overall metallic sheen. All our metal prints are made of weather-resistant material, exhibiting impressive color intensity using UV Color protected technology. This makes it suitable for outdoor areas or bathrooms and comes ready to hang.

This evocative photograph captures the British ocean liner 'SS Queen of Bermuda' in Hamilton Harbour, Bermuda, 1957, presenting a magnificent study in maritime elegance and post-war luxury travel. The image showcases the vessel's impressive three-funnel silhouette against the backdrop of Hamilton's picturesque harbor, where the ship regularly served passengers during the golden age of transatlantic cruise travel. This photograph documents the SS Queen of Bermuda during a pivotal era when luxury cruise ships epitomized sophisticated leisure travel between New York and Bermuda, capturing the vessel that had recently returned to civilian service after its wartime duties as both an armed merchant cruiser and troop ship. Hamilton Harbour, formed as a natural port between Pembroke and Paget parishes, had by this time established itself as Bermuda's premier destination for international visitors, representing the island's transformation from a strategic British naval outpost into a celebrated resort paradise. Slim Aarons, renowned for his evocative photographs of "attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places," masterfully documented this intersection of maritime grandeur and tropical sophistication that defined mid-century travel culture, creating timeless images that captured the aspirational world of leisure and luxury throughout the post-war American prosperity. Every piece in our unique Slim Aarons collection is meticulously handcrafted using archival materials and printed on premium, luster photographic paper with environmentally safe inks, custom framed by skilled artisans who ensure that each work of art meets the exacting standards befitting such an iconic photograph.
