I don't understand the finish. I have never seen a wrapped canvas piece of art with a what might appear as a shiny, protective film on it. Austin Beiv grew up in the tough streets of Brooklyn, where the expression of one’s self was usually done through wall tagging, or as we say in Italian, "graffito." He was influenced by many different artists, particularly Fernando Carlo, who was well known for his expressive graffiti.
