Dunker earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Art and Design with a photography concentration and a minor in Philosophy from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. In 1995 he completed a Masters of Fine Arts in photography from Utah State University. Chris grew up in China Lake, California which is in the isolated and remote high desert east of the Sierras. This austere and harsh environment is punctuated with mining outposts, rock art, and industrial-military structures, all influences of Dunker’s formative years. A strong interest in industrial music and performance groups like Survival Research Laboratories expanded his understanding of how industrial dynamics could be integrated into art forms and how an aesthetic could be derived from objects of utility. As an Assistant Professor of Photography at Utah State University, Dunker taught History of Photography and many other classes. Research in this field broadened his awareness of how photographers consider the role of industrial culture in relation to the human condition.

I am fascinated by people and their stories - from celebrities and people overcoming a life-changing obstacle to simple loving moments between a parent and their child. Buying some of Dana Gibson’s work is an ideal way to brighten up – literally – your home and make it into something truly unique and personal. The wonderful thing about Dana Gibson is that there really is something for everyone. Although that phrase can seem cliché in some circles, here it is simply a statement of fact. From giclee prints to cushions to light sconces to desk accessories, and so much more besides, you can start your Dana Gibson collection in any room of the house, and grow it from there. It is the color palette that is going to draw you in first, and the gorgeous designs will burst to life as you look closer. This very artist-centric technique will help you to choose the ideal piece or pieces for your home, and any guests and visitors you have will enjoy spending some time dissecting each thing, searching for different pieces of interior design, and generally falling in love with your home, just as you will when you install some art by Dana Gibson. The interior of your home has a direct impact on the rest of your life. If you live in a drab, dreary, impersonal kind of place, you’ll feel much less happy than if you were to add some color and interest and make your space into something that truly shows the world who you are. With Dana Gibson’s work, you can do precisely that. You can bring color into your life; you can bring joy; you can bring vitality. Finally, you’ll have plenty of choices if you’re buying a piece of art created by Dana Gibson. Artist Zoey Riley was born to very conservative and traditional parents, who did not support her interest in fine arts. Zoey pursued her passion for fine art secretly as an adolescent, due to her parent’s restrictions, and used the art she viewed in galleries as her tutor. As soon as she was of age, she fled her hometown to live in New York City in order to be closer to a fast-paced environment, concentrated with art galleries. Zoey used everything around her to draw inspiration, from the street signs to the dancers seen through the windows of dance studios. After taking in all she could from the modern New York art scene, Zoey made her move to San Francisco, where she could expand her skills and be a part of the culture-filled scene. Today, she resides in Southern California, still searching for the experience that will take her to the next level.

Tim Klein Photography
A native of Tacoma, Washington, Tim Klein is a commercial/editorial photographer. His career spans almost 20 years, and he has worked very successfully with esteemed magazines and Fortune 500 companies such as Apple, Discovery Channel, Forbes, The New Yorker, and Smithsonian Magazine. He shoots with a variety of cameras but prefers his Leica. "My photography is inspired by people, places, and things. I was trained as a photojournalist so I find inspiration everywhere from my travels abroad to my own backyard. My biggest source of inspiration is light, especially the way it can dramatically change a scene. I love the glow of morning light through the fog, the graphic shadows of noon light, the light of an overcast day, and the dramatic rose-colored light at sunset. I am fascinated by people and their stories from celebrities and people overcoming a life-changing obstacle, to simple loving moments between a parent and their child. There is so much beauty in everyday life. I meet so many people from drastically different backgrounds and all of them inspire me to tell their stories with photography. I am also drawn to nature, from vast open landscapes to intricate details and patterns. The experience of really noticing the world around me is the greatest inspiration of all." Tim currently lives and works in Chicago, Illinois.
