Melanie Biehle is a Seattle-based artist whose abstract paintings are fueled by exploring the world. She draws inspiration from the often opposing energy of the city and the sea. Melanie zooms in on the shapes and patterns of architecture or coastal rocks, and then taking a step back, reveals an expansive view of endless ocean waves or gleaming architectural skylines. Both views are essential in creating her abstractions in mood and in content.

Set against the balmy backdrop of the Bahamas in 1963, this vivid photograph, "Bahamas Speed Week", captures a fleeting moment of pre-race glamour at Nassau’s famed Oakes Course. At center stage is Gordon Butler’s Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray, its sleek red form surrounded by onlookers in crisp attire and casual ease. The scene evokes the golden age of motorsport when racing was as much about high society spectacle as it was about speed. The annual Speed Week attracted jet-setters, thrill-seekers, and style icons alike, transforming the island into a playground of performance and prestige. Slim Aarons, renowned for his evocative photographs of, as he described it, "attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places," was the quintessential chronicler of high society. After serving as a war photographer, Aarons turned his lens to a new landscape: the glamorous lives of Hollywood elites, Palm Beach socialites, and jet-setting debutantes and princes. His work for society publications captured an aspirational world of leisure and luxury that defined the American upper class throughout the mid-20th century, creating images that remain timeless symbols of sophistication and style. The photograph is presented as a high-resolution scan of the photo's original photographic slide, complete with hand-lettered archival notations along the mount. Offered exclusively by Soicher Marin, this edition preserves the full character of the original format, transforming it into a striking piece of wall art that merges history, authenticity, and timeless style. More than a photograph, it is a curated artifact of American cultural glamour, bringing a refined yet playful sophistication to any well-appointed interior. Every piece in our unique Slim Aarons collection is meticulously handcrafted using archival materials and printed on premium, luster photographic paper with environmentally safe inks, custom framed by skilled artisans who ensure that each work of art meets the exacting standards befitting such an iconic photograph.

Buying some of Dana Gibson’s work is an ideal way to brighten up – literally – your home and make it into something truly unique and personal. The wonderful thing about Dana Gibson is that there really is something for everyone. Although that phrase can seem cliché in some circles, here it is simply a statement of fact. From giclee prints to cushions to light sconces to desk accessories, and so much more besides, you can start your Dana Gibson collection in any room of the house, and grow it from there. It is the color palette that is going to draw you in first, and the gorgeous designs will burst to life as you look closer. This very artist-centric technique will help you to choose the ideal piece or pieces for your home, and any guests and visitors you have will enjoy spending some time dissecting each thing, searching for different pieces of interior design, and generally falling in love with your home, just as you will when you install some art by Dana Gibson. The interior of your home has a direct impact on the rest of your life. If you live in a drab, dreary, impersonal kind of place, you’ll feel much less happy than if you were to add some color and interest and make your space into something that truly shows the world who you are. With Dana Gibson’s work, you can do precisely that. You can bring color into your life; you can bring joy; you can bring vitality. Finally, you’ll have plenty of choices if you’re buying a piece of art created by Dana Gibson. No matter what room in your home you want to decorate, there will be something created by this stylish and modern art that will suit you. And more than one thing, in fact – Gibson’s output of work is impressive, to say the least.

This exquisite wall art is a reproduction of Conrad Moulton's original work. Known for his prolific career as a freelance illustrator in mid-century New York, Moulton's art captures the essence of a bygone era. This piece, featuring a drawing technique, is framed in wood and manufactured wood, offering a sleek and modern touch.

This 1959 photograph, "Beauty and the Beast", offers a rare glimpse into the opulent interiors of Palm Beach high society, where glamour and eccentricity often intersected. Lady Daphne Cameron, poised atop a tiger skin rug in the trophy room of Laddie Sanford’s estate, personifies the elegance and theatricality that defined the social elite of the era. Set against a backdrop of lavish furnishings and curated grandeur, the image captures a moment where wealth, fashion, and exotic indulgence coalesced into a singular aesthetic vision that would come to define mid-century American aristocracy. After serving as a war photographer, Aarons turned his lens to a new landscape: the glamorous lives of Hollywood elites, Palm Beach socialites, and jet-setting debutantes and princes. Show off your personality while making an impactful statement to your décor with these stunning museum-quality art pieces. Each piece is printed in ultra-high resolution on your choice of premium ultra-HD metallic photo paper back-mounted under transparent acrylic glass or a high-definition print directly on high-quality diamond pearl white aluminum. Both results are a completely realistic ultra-HD photo print that has vivid colors, bold contrasts, is UV protected, and is halftone-free. Also notable is that all our acrylic art piece’s edges are hand diamond polished to capture the surrounding light. Images appear crisp and are very visible in brightly light areas while maintaining an overall metallic sheen. All our metal prints are made of weather-resistant material, exhibiting impressive color intensity using UV Color protected technology. "Bahamas Speed Week," captured by Slim Aarons in December 1963 at the Oakes Course in Nassau, Bahamas, encapsulates the electrifying energy of the annual racing event that attracted international elites and motorsport enthusiasts. This vibrant photograph showcases Gordon Butler's sleek red Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray, adorned with number 149, where a stylish woman in a pink gingham dress leans casually against the car, chatting with the driver in a striped shirt and sunglasses, while another participant reclines playfully on the hood in white attire, foot kicked up, amidst a lively crowd of onlookers and vintage vehicles. The un-staged scene blends speed, sophistication, and social allure, reflecting the era's thrilling mix of competition and leisure that defined the jet-set lifestyle and continues to inspire motorsport and fashion enthusiasts. Slim Aarons (1916–2006), born George Allen Aarons, rose from humble origins and World War II combat photography to become a celebrated chronicler of the elite, vowing post-war to photograph only "attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places," with his works gracing magazines like Town & Country and now preserved in the Getty Images archive. This exquisite reproduction from Soicher Marin is printed on premium luster photo paper using state-of-the-art techniques, ensuring vibrant colors, sharp details, and enduring quality that brings a touch of mid-century sophistication to any space.

Originally from Southern California, Ryann now lives in Austin, TX. At 12 or 13, her dad pulled out his old Pentax Spotmatic from Vietnam, and Ryann was immediately enthralled and determined to learn enough to create a photo. In high school, she fell in love with photography and soon after enrolled at the renowned Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, where she earned a BA in Photography, majoring in architecture. When creating personal work, she does not think about how the images she's creating will be perceived by others and only shoots what she's drawn to. When asked what she's most influenced by, Ryann states: "I’ve long been drawn to the American Southwest and forgotten places - that still holds true today, nearly 20 years after first picking up a camera. I’ve always been drawn to the outdoors and landscapes, but I’m especially interested in the landscape that has been manipulated and left behind by a man."
