Elena Carlie was born in Romania; a country known for its rich cultural heritage and great natural beauty. At the age of 22, she moved to the United States where she expanded her horizons and grew as an artist. She has studied Fine arts since she was a child and currently holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of NH. “Art defines our humanity, freedom, and individuality. It is a way to articulate abstract thought and separates us from other life forms. Art is incredibly therapeutic for me, and foremost a strong passion. It’s not something I think about, but rather, something I feel.” Carlie finds inspiration everywhere. She strives to discover new ways of interpretation and sees this as a formula to remain fresh. It is a way of having fun while doing something that she loves. “To me, anything that can be manipulated can become an art medium.” “I love to work with watercolor paint, oil paint, acrylic paint, pencil, pen, and ink. However, the digital tools available today are pushing the limits of creativity and I find myself very involved with it.”

The artist, D’Alessandro Léon, was the youngest of three brothers. When art competitions were a form of play for the brothers, it later grew into his obsession. D’Alessandro Léon attended the Art Institute of California where he explored mixing mediums as well as digital. He also attended illustration, Sculpting, and Fine Art workshops. After spending long periods studying different techniques, D’Alessandro Léon's art became increasingly influenced by artists from the early 1900s. During his studies, he painted many different themes. He painted with restless intensity, often painting from morning until night. D’Alessandro Léon was able to indulge his earliest artistic preferences for people, nature, architecture, and landscapes in his illustration and personal pieces.

Guseul Park was born and raised in Korea and studied ceramics in college; however, she was always drawn to painting and drawing and is a self-taught artist. “Art means meditation to me. By creating art, I get to explore the deepest side of myself and examine my state of mind. Creating art always brings me to a state of pure joy. It is the place in which I can be myself.” Her favorite medium is the pencil, which she describes as “back-to-basics art.” She finds inspiration in daily strolls and travel. David’s passions are drawing, painting, illustration, design, film, and photography. When David is not painting, his time is spent enjoying the outdoors with canine companions.

Artist Mark Sargent was born in Buffalo, NY, and grew up in Egypt. He studied modern art and art history at the University of Fine Arts in Cairo, Egypt. Mark's grandfather was one of the earliest generations who founded modern Egyptian art. He remembers growing up and admiring his paintings. Marks skill set developed studying old master paintings in museums in different countries around the world. Mark finds inspiration from nature and the world around him. D’Alessandro attended the Art Institute of California where he explored mixing mediums as well as digital. He also attended illustration, sculpting, and fine art workshops. After spending long periods of time studying different techniques, D’Alessandro’s art became increasingly influenced by artists from the early 1900s. During D’Alessandro’s studies, he painted many different themes. He painted with restless intensity, often painting from morning until night. D’Alessandro was able to indulge his earliest artistic preferences for people, nature, architecture, and landscapes in his illustration and personal pieces.
