The item itself seems well made, but seems to be a lot plainer in person than the pictures showing on Wayfair. I selected this one at a higher price and really long lead/shipping time (2-3months), over a similar picture, due to the description stating this print had “Extra Added Texture” hand applied after printed. The painting I received does not have any texture to it that I can tell. It feels like a print with a clear coat. It did arrive 1 month earlier than the delivery date, which normally would have been appreciated, but I happened to be out of town for 2 weeks when it arrived on our porch. Maybe that is why it was early….texture didn’t get applied? I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning, so I will keep it and maybe try adding some texture and sparkle to it myself, so it stands out a little more. Jess has been painting with watercolors and oils on large canvases, small scraps of paper, and everything in between for as long as she can remember. She went to Savannah College of Art and Design, never thinking that one day she would “actually” become an artist. That took a bit longer to realize. But here she is, living the dream. Jess's mission is simple: to make beautiful work that makes people feel extraordinary. Her aesthetic is influenced by her African upbringing - using simple lines, rich colors, and organic shapes to capture life in every form. She believes the process is just as important as the outcome, when she's in a flow and she enjoys the process the work feels fresh, effortless, and alive. After she conceives a new idea she tries to spend some quality time with it - to let it sink in. Then usually the work comes out very quickly. If it doesn’t, she never forces it, she just goes outside for a bit, clears her head, and comes back later. It’s amazing what fresh air can do for perspective.

Elle Youngstrom was born in San Diego, CA. Elle is self-taught and while she does not have any formal training, her grandfather was a great influence in her artistic career. Watercolor is her first love, but she also works with other textures and mediums. Elle utilizes her art creation as a way to express and communicate her feelings. Anything from a walk in the park to Sunday brunch with friends to trips to a local gallery all brings her inspiration on a daily basis. She often finds inspiration on her daily hikes or while traveling abroad. Guseul Park was born and raised in Korea and studied ceramics in college; however, she was always drawn to painting and drawing and is a self-taught, artist. “Art means meditation to me. By creating art, I get to go explore the deepest side of me and examine my state of mind. Creating art always brought me to a state of pure joy. It is the place in which I can be myself.” Her favorite medium to use is a pencil which she describes as “back to basics art.” She finds inspiration in daily strolls and travel. She also enjoys reading and sewing embroidery when she is not creating new artwork.

She went to Savannah College of Art and Design, never thinking that one day she would “actually” become an artist. That took a bit longer to realize. But here she is, living the dream. Jess's mission is simple: to make beautiful work that makes people feel extraordinary. Her aesthetic is influenced by her African upbringing - using simple lines, rich colors, and organic shapes to capture life in every form. She believes the process is just as important as the outcome, when she's in a flow and she enjoys the process the work feels fresh, effortless, and alive. After she conceives a new idea she tries to spend some quality time with it - to let it sink in. Then usually the work comes out very quickly. If it doesn’t, she never forces it, she just goes outside for a bit, clears her head, and comes back later. It’s amazing what fresh air can do for perspective.

Donna Bernstein is a self-taught artist, painter, and sculpture. Donna drew and painted horses since she was a child. What differentiates her work is that, unlike most “equestrian” Artists, she did not grow up around horses. She did not live on a ranch. But instead, was spiritually connected to horses with an intuitive sense of them. Donna studied them voraciously; their anatomy, form, and attitudes. She had to create her horses in order to have them, her imagination played a great role, and so her stylized abstractive works reflect a non-realistic perspective, but with accurate anatomy.
