My fault for not reading the description, but when I searched Wayfair I searched for oil reproduction painting, and this is a print, not a painting. It looks like something someone printed at home and made by crafting, not at all something I would want to stare at our have on my wall, very cheap looking. 6 years ago I purchased some oil reproductions from Wayfair that were actual oil reproductions at great savings compared to other websites, unfortunately it seems they no longer get those products. Returning this asap, will gladly pay 2X the Wayfair price for this painting in actual oils, and a better hand selected frame. This print insults the original work any eyes laid upon it.. Anonymous. Artist Eve Fairwell has been lucky to have had her childhood passion for art fostered throughout her life via classes, college, and various generous mentors. Eve took all the art classes she could in school, eventually resulting in a senior year of high school filled with four periods of art and the required English and Math. From the ages of 12-15 she trained under a local oil painter whose paintings were sought after in Iran, and in college was mentored by an illustrator for the Times. Eve received her BFA in painting and illustration from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Though she started with playtime watercolor sets, long years of practice, observation, luck, and dedication is what have allowed her to become a full-time artist today. Eve works with acrylic paint, watercolor, and digitally in Photoshop and Illustrator. She is obsessed with the textures that traditional media can produce and often incorporates these into her digital artwork using a combination of effects, which creates a result that draws the eye in. Eve likes how colors interact in digital formats, and the feeling of depth traditional media lends. The styles that influenced her are minimalism, expressionism and the work of some surrealists captured her interest. Eve’s focus centers on the moments of rest between bustling movements in our everyday lives. The few seconds that pass eerily quietly in a noisy city; the hush that comes over a room just before the birthday person arrives; a glance that stops you in your tracks. Eve likes still moments of hush that give you chills and make you pause to recognize we are all here, alive, right now experiencing the beautiful weirdness of life. To show this, Eve’s abstract subjects are often explored by feelings in the body or reductions of elements of scenes that cause that feeling to occur.

Growing up in the busy city life, Emma became inspired by the various cultures and lifestyles she encountered in the city. With a broad interest in design and modern art, Emma was accepted to the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island. In her studies in Providence, she was able to admire a slower lifestyle than the hustle and bustle of life in New York. Brooks drew inspiration from her professors and the long-time interest she retained for aesthetics and unique beauty. Emma currently resides in downtown Los Angeles with her dog, Jackson. Karin Bos is an Amsterdam-based artist primarily focused on people and our interaction with our surroundings. In the Netherlands infrastructure and urbanization are so widely present that it is difficult for her to find landscapes she can use as a source for her work. All dutch 'nature' is planned, organized, and designed. To develop her new series of work Karin needed more varied source material. Therefore, she has done several artist-in-residencies in Spain, Latvia, Iceland, etc. These landscapes and atmosphere have become a huge source of inspiration for her artistic work. Karin is attracted to space, the variety, the colors, the vegetation, the light, the power, and the roughness of the scenery.

The artist, David Brown, studied and received his Fine Arts training at California State University of Long Beach and graduated with a BFA in Drawing and Painting in 2018. As a child, he watched his older brother draw and recalls wanting to draw just like him when he grew up. David currently lives in Long Beach, California, and has been lucky to show his work in multiple group shows and a few solo shows, mostly based in the Los Angeles area. His traditional work includes oil, charcoal, and graphite. He is strongly influenced by Renaissance, Baroque, and a lot of today’s contemporary work. David’s work is predominately focused on the human figure. “People are my inspiration. I love learning people’s stories and try to capture the sitter’s narrative through my drawings/ paintings …I love drawing people from life, I feel that my work focuses on the relationship between artist and model”. His art is his one true passion and he believes that, “artists are super sensitive and emotional human beings, our work is a physical representation of our thoughts and emotions, a diary that we choose to share with the world”.

Conrad Moulton was a prolific and highly sought after free-lance illustrator in New York City during the 1940's, 50's and 60's. Every advertising agency used him and he was a member of the Society of Illustrators. A graduate of Parson's School of Design in 1942. After his accomplished career as an illustrator, he continued to paint portraits and abstracts from his home in Detroit, MI. His son, Josh Moulton, is a professional artist in Chicago with his own gallery. This piece is a reproduction of a Conrad Moulton original work of art. His paintings, drawings, and other artwork is replicated by digital printing. Moulton’s work ranged from acrylic on canvas, acrylic on watercolor paper to abstracts that are enamel on canvas. He also used tempera on canvas. His Illustrations were ink, watercolor, gouache and charcoal.
