The field of yellow irises at Monet's own Giverny home cast its spell on the artist as well as on another half dozen painters of his time. A constant source of inspiration, Monet's beloved gardens were the topic of well over a dozen of his most important canvases. The authentic stretched canvas replica painting captures the original work's texture, depth of color, and even its subtle brushstrokes, which are applied by hand. The replica 4.375" wide, European style, bright gold-toned, ribbed frame is cast in quality designer resin with an acanthus leaf and floret border that draws the eye toward the beautiful image. Proudly printed and framed in the USA using imported molding.

Bring the tranquility of nature into your home with this captivating watercolor landscape print. The image evokes the peacefulness of a classic art style with its serene depiction of nature 's beauty. This ready-to-hang piece seamlessly blends into rustic and mountain lodge aesthetics.

While I love the print, I do not like the quality of the frame. It looked more rustic in person and had several knots in the wood. Mary. Bolingbrook, IL. Tue Oct 22 2024

Set against the majestic peaks of the Swiss Alps, this 1964 photograph, "Lounging in Verbier", captures a vibrant winter scene in Verbier, Switzerland, a rising star in the world of alpine sports during the mid-twentieth century. Nestled in the canton of Valais, Verbier was beginning to attract a spirited, adventurous crowd drawn to its expansive slopes and youthful energy. The sunlit gathering of skiers and loungers, framed by towering mountains, reflects a moment when the post-war generation embraced the mountains not just for sport, but for community and escape. In this image, Verbier stands on the cusp of becoming an icon, where snow and sun combined to create a distinctly modern alpine lifestyle. Slim Aarons, renowned for his evocative photographs of, as he described it, "attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places," was the quintessential chronicler of high society. After serving as a war photographer, Aarons turned his lens to a new landscape: the glamorous lives of Hollywood elites, Palm Beach socialites, and jet-setting debutantes and princes. His work for society publications captured an aspirational world of leisure and luxury that defined the American upper class throughout the mid-20th century, creating images that remain timeless symbols of sophistication and style. The photograph is presented as a high-resolution scan of the photo's original photographic slide, complete with hand-lettered archival notations along the mount. Offered exclusively by Soicher Marin, this edition preserves the full character of the original format, transforming it into a striking piece of wall art that merges history, authenticity, and timeless style. More than a photograph, it is a curated artifact of American cultural glamour, bringing a refined yet playful sophistication to any well-appointed interior. Every piece in our unique Slim Aarons collection is meticulously handcrafted using archival materials and printed on premium, luster photographic paper with environmentally safe inks, custom framed by skilled artisans who ensure that each work of art meets the exacting standards befitting such an iconic photograph.

My boyfriend bought me 6 of the slim Aarons slides for our apartment. They are stunning. We will have them forever.. Anonymous. Mon Nov 25 2024

The Dutch Landscape Study is a piece that effortlessly captures the essence of tranquil countryside vistas. This wall art is more than just a print; it's a handcrafted masterpiece with artisan wood molding and a giclee finish that brings depth and texture to any room. Crafted on high-quality paper and framed in a rich brown wood, it arrives ready to hang, adding a touch of timeless elegance to your space.

The piece is beautiful but it took forever to get. I tried to cancel the order because of a change of address - thought it was cancelled and three weeks later it showed up at my home. Turns out the fulfillment center DECLINED my cancel with no explanation. The first person I spoke with at Perigold was fine, just repeating what her script said. I asked for a manager - explained the situation and he adjusted the pricing for me. So a warning to you - if the product you want shows a delayed shipping, be sure you want it because the final decision isn't yours.. Mary. Milwaukee, WI. Tue May 18 2021

This framed canvas print of "Trees and Undergrowth" is handcrafted with care and it features a single wood frame that adds a touch of elegance to any space. The oil painting on canvas captures the vibrant hues and dynamic brushstrokes synonymous with Van Gogh's work. Made to order, this piece offers a glimpse into the artist's world, making it a captivating addition to your art collection. The wood frame complements the artwork's rich tones, creating a striking focal point for your home.

Knowing that the artist never visited a jungle, but was instead inspired by book illustrations and the botanical gardens in Paris, makes the dreamlike quality of this work even more poignant. The French-born Rousseau claimed "no teacher other than nature" and is the most celebrated and influential of all nave or primitive painters.

My fault for not reading the description, but when I searched Wayfair I searched for oil reproduction painting, and this is a print, not a painting. It looks like something someone printed at home and made by crafting, not at all something I would want to stare at our have on my wall, very cheap looking. 6 years ago I purchased some oil reproductions from Wayfair that were actual oil reproductions at great savings compared to other websites, unfortunately it seems they no longer get those products. Returning this asap, will gladly pay 2X the Wayfair price for this painting in actual oils, and a better hand selected frame. This print insults the original work any eyes laid upon it.. Anonymous. Though many paintings in French Impressionist Claude Monet's series of water lilies remained unfinished and released at his death, this beautiful work was one he signed and sold in 1919. His passion for perfection served him well as this series of works, inspired by the artist's self-tended gardens in Giverny, France, are highly regarded and enthusiastically collected the world over. The authentic stretched canvas replica painting captures the original work's texture, depth of color, and even its subtle brushstrokes, which are applied by hand. The replica 3.125" wide, European style frame is cast in quality designer resin in a deep ebony hue highlighted by a faux mat and a classic, understated border in an antique gold finish. Proudly printed and framed in the USA using imported molding.

I was disappointed in how they assembled this. There is sooo much glue on the frame from where they glued the paper to the back. I’ve tried several times to clean this mess from the frame to no avail. I can’t believe you shipped this out in this condition. The art is ok for the price so it’s what I expected for that. Lacks quality control.. B. Columbus, OH. Wed Oct 11 2023
