I love the picture! My only suggestion would be for you to offer alternative framing options. I would have preferred either a greyish wood color or even a silver option for the only frame option was a cream color and it feels a bit stark against my stone fireplace. I may ultimately change the frame, but for now I'm really liking the picture.. Renee. St Cloud, MN. Wed Oct 09 2024

Expansion on the Mind 1 is a large-scale work on canvas emblematic of second-generation abstract expressionism that features a bold gestural approach with sweeping brushstrokes. This work favors an all-over composition and invites the viewer's eye to be drawn in multiple directions. This lack of a singular focal point amplifies the feeling of boundlessness, in line with the painting's title. In keeping with the style of painting, this work relies on flatness to emphasize the two-dimensional nature of the artwork. This technique can involve a disregard for traditional techniques such as perspective, shading, and realism. The color palette in alabaster, ochre, olive green, cerulean, maze, and dove gray reflects the complexities and fluidity of this accomplished work. Expertly blending light, airy colors with rich tones in this emotional work of art, Expansion on the Mind 1 is a beautiful addition to the exclusive Art by TA collection.

The Breezy Seascape, hand-detailed on canvas, captures the tranquil essence of the sea in blue, green, and red hues. Housed in a gold solid wood frame, it offers a touch of elegance to any room. This piece is a single, made-to-order artwork, ensuring a unique addition to your collection. Perfect for creating a calming atmosphere, it's ready to hang and transform your space with its timeless beauty.

Vintage pastoral scenes in blue are framed in a traditional antique gold wood with beaded lip.

These are nice prints. There is no actual mat in the frame but they still look nice. They do not come with a hanging wire. They have hooks.. Sharai. Little Rock Ar. Fri Nov 28 2025

Beautiful print with great details in a high quality frame. Glass was broken when it arrived (I heard the glass break when Fed-Ex literally threw it down on my front porch). Wayfair’s amazing customer service immediately took care of it for me, though.. Br. GA. Sat Apr 02 2022

This iconic 1976 photograph, "Eden-Roc Pool", by Slim Aarons captures the stunning seaside pool at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc on the French Riviera, a celebrated retreat for the world’s elite. Set against the dramatic cliffs and sparkling Mediterranean, the image conveys the effortless glamour and leisure that defined the Riviera lifestyle in the mid-20th century, a favorite playground of celebrities, aristocrats, and jet-setters. Aarons’ composition highlights both architectural elegance and the relaxed social atmosphere that made this locale legendary. Slim Aarons, renowned for his evocative photographs of, as he described it, "attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places," was the quintessential chronicler of high society. After serving as a war photographer, Aarons turned his lens to a new landscape: the glamorous lives of Hollywood elites, Palm Beach socialites, and jet-setting debutantes and princes. His work for society publications captured an aspirational world of leisure and luxury that defined the American upper class throughout the mid-20th century, creating images that remain timeless symbols of sophistication and style. The photograph is presented as a high-resolution scan of the photo's original photographic slide, complete with hand-lettered archival notations along the mount. Offered exclusively by Soicher Marin, this edition preserves the full character of the original format, transforming it into a striking piece of wall art that merges history, authenticity, and timeless style. More than a photograph, it is a curated artifact of American cultural glamour, bringing a refined yet playful sophistication to any well-appointed interior. Every piece in our unique Slim Aarons collection is meticulously handcrafted using archival materials and printed on premium, luster photographic paper with environmentally safe inks, custom framed by skilled artisans who ensure that each work of art meets the exacting standards befitting such an iconic photograph.

Peaceful Night 1 is an example of abstract landscape art reminiscent of Joan Mitchell, the renowned American "second generation" Abstract Expressionist painter and printmaker. This work on canvas presents a fusion of traditional landscape imagery together with the aesthetics of abstract art. Here, intense hues, bold brushwork, and dripping techniques convey a unique interpretation of the natural world. The multi-toned color scheme in midnight blue, pale turquoise, slate, and denim is offset by splashes of vanilla and alabaster that pull the viewer into the landscape scene. An abstract depiction of a dreamy landscape unfolds beautifully in Peaceful Night 1. Part of the carefully curated Art by TA collection.

The picture looks exactly as shown on the website. I am very happy with my purchase. Looks great with the room.. Sally. Saginaw, MI. Tue Jul 01 2025

This 1970 photograph, "Poolside Gossip", showcases a quintessential Palm Springs moment at a desert house designed by famed architect Richard Neutra for Edgar J. Kaufmann, a key patron of modernist architecture. Helen Dzo Dzo and Nelda Linsk relax poolside while Lita Baron approaches in the background. The residence exemplifies mid-century modern design principles with its seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, clean lines, and use of natural materials. Palm Springs during this era was a hub for Hollywood elites and creatives seeking a stylish retreat in the desert, combining modern luxury with relaxed leisure. The image captures the era’s distinct blend of architectural innovation and glamorous lifestyle, emblematic of the post-war American fascination with sophisticated, sun-soaked living.
