Artist Commentary: I find water particularly beautiful and intriguing because of the contrast of its strength and softness. It has the power to reshape stones and yet can run through your fingers. The water in this painting is in the north Puget Sound, is 450 feet deep, and teeming with life, including Orcas whales, sea lions and salmon.

Bought all three in the series and they look nice hung together. The green in this one is very nice. The offset/tension of the hanging wire was different on all three items so beware when you are hanging that all of the holes may need to be at different heights. Austin Beiv grew up in the tough streets of Brooklyn. Where the expression of one’s self was usually done through wall tagging, or as we say in Italian "graffito". Austin was influenced by many different artists particularly Fernando Carlo. Fernando was well known for his expressive graffiti.
