The artist, Richard Ryder, developed an affinity towards art at an early age where he took every opportunity to incorporate art into his assignments. During his early years, while attending elementary school, he would doodle on the blank side of envelopes or any discarded paper. This drove his passion to pursue taking studio art courses while in high school & continued that pursuit through to four-year formal art education. As an artist that is heavily influenced by graphic design, art deco, and traditional animation, Richard aims to capture the beauty in whichever subject he is painting. He focuses on ways to exploit the basic elements of art to create a satisfying and cohesive design. As an artist, Richard seeks to improve and challenge himself. He states that “With the internet, I am constantly inspired by art either in the fine art or commercial field. It is this exposure that leads me to constantly explore different mediums and styles."

This extraordinary photograph captures an opulent scene aboard a luxury yacht in Monte Carlo Harbour, where Iowa businessman Roy J. Carver and Prince Polignac enjoy the ultimate in transportation extravagance - a helicopter and two motor boats adorning the deck of their magnificent vessel. The image perfectly embodies the jet-set lifestyle of international high society, where multiple modes of luxury transport converge in one of the world's most exclusive harbors. This photograph captures the pinnacle of 1970s wealth and leisure, featuring Roy J. Carver, the Iowa industrialist who by this time had built Bandag into one of America's top corporations, earning a spot on Fortune's top 1,000 companies list and amassing a fortune estimated between $200-300 million. Aarons masterfully documents the era's ultimate display of prosperity, where successful entrepreneurs like Carver indulged in multiple yachts, airplanes, and luxurious properties spanning from Cannes to Central America. This scene represents the height of Monaco's allure as a playground for European nobility and international business titans, where the convergence of land, sea, and air transportation symbolized the boundless mobility and freedom that defined elite leisure in the jet age. The image embodies the sophisticated excess that characterized the golden era of luxury yachting, when Monte Carlo's harbor served as the ultimate stage for displaying one's mastery over every mode of elegant transport. Slim Aarons, renowned for his evocative photographs of, as he described it, "attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places," was the quintessential chronicler of high society. The Artist, David Keochkerian, lives in Somme, France. He has a Ph.D. in human physiology and works in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation. He’s been practicing photography for 5 years now, although he fell into the cauldron when he was a child: his father is now a retired photographer. He grew up with the smell of chemicals and the shutter snap and purr of his roller transport print processor. “I like to capture the fleeting, the subtle, the beautiful, the rare, the spectacular, the staggering… to reveal how the daily and the ordinary can be filled with enthusiasm.” His work is very heterogeneous. He uses and associates many photographic techniques (DRI, HDR, panoramic, vertorama, long exposure), image renditions (color, B&W, infrared), and different themes (landscape, macro, light-painting, architecture, industry).

Austin Beiv grew up in the tough streets of Brooklyn. Where the expression of one’s self was usually done through wall tagging, or as we say in Italian "graffito". Austin was influenced by many different artists particularly Fernando Carlo. Fernando was well known for his expressive graffiti. The influence from Austin’s childhood is where the edge and contemporary look comes from in his art pieces. Austin graduated from Pratt Institute in the early ’90s. Austin now travels all over America to look for inspirations whether it’s a tagged wall or an art museum. Austin loves to embrace all the unique and expressive simplicities life offers.

Amy Humphries is a self-taught photographer who began experimenting with photography when she was 15 with a small, inexpensive point-and-shoot camera she had saved up for with babysitting money. She was inexperienced and didn’t know what she was doing, only that she loved the process of photography and the fact that you could evoke a specific feeling from an image. Gradually, Amy began to learn more of the technical side of photography, but the majority of her knowledge of photography came solely from trial and error. She feels that photography is mostly a way to document a particular time, place, and feeling. It allows her to essentially make memories tangible, in the way that she’s actually experiencing it at the moment that she creates the image. Her hopes are that if that feeling can translate to others that view her work, it would be icing on the cake.

Tim Klein Photography
A native of Tacoma, Washington, Tim Klein is a commercial/editorial photographer. His career spans almost 20 years, and he's been published in esteemed magazines and worked with many Fortune 500 companies such as Apple, Burberry, Esquire Magazine, The New Yorker, W Magazine, and Yamaha. He shoots with a variety of cameras but prefers his Leica. "My photography is inspired by people, places, and things. I was trained as a photojournalist so I find inspiration everywhere - from my travels abroad to my own backyard. My biggest source of inspiration is light, especially the way it can dramatically change a scene. I love the glow of morning light through the fog, the graphic shadows of noon light, the light of an overcast day, and the dramatic rose-colored light at sunset. I am fascinated by people and their stories - from celebrities and people overcoming a life-changing obstacle to simple loving moments between a parent and their child. There is so much beauty in everyday life. I meet so many people from drastically different backgrounds and all of them inspire me to tell their stories with photography. I am also drawn to nature, from vast open landscapes to intricate details and patterns. The experience of really noticing the world around me is the greatest inspiration of all." Tim currently lives and works in Chicago, Illinois.
