The Bustraan mirror is a stunning rectangular mirror that is made from beautiful walnut and sycamore strips of wood that have been hand-fitted to create this striped pattern with mitered corners. The exterior and interior are surrounded by a square wood bead frame and a clear beveled mirror. It may be hung vertically or horizontally.
One of the most distinctive pieces of the collection is the lemons stepped mirror. It was inspired by steps and architectural shapes such as the coliseum in Rome. The lemons has a strong presence with its large scale and deep steps. Skip liked taking the simple idea of steps creating concentric squares to a depth of eight inches. While it is a functional mirror, its strong architectural form creates art. Chalk is the standard finish as shown.
The mirror is made from wood that has been upholstered in faux embossed leather that frames a clear mirror. It may be hung horizontally or vertically.
This beautiful silhouette is a modern adaptation of a traditional Regency period mirror. The Picard mirror is finished in black lacquer and features ivory trim on the large half-bead detail that surrounds the clear beveled mirror. It has a deep coved shape that demands attention as it projects four inches from the wall.
Playfully the mirror with its elegant walnut covered frame offers reflection as well as a ledge for candles, a piece of art or a vase. The main mirror is clear mirror while the wraparound 4 x 4 mirrors are antiqued. Ledge is the standard and only finish as shown. May be hung vertically or horizontally.
