My client is thrilled. We put this actually in her powder room. I’ve done a few powder rooms this summer. This is a custom painting with beautiful heavy duty frame, and all the matting is very detailed. You can tell it’s hand painted and special and one of a kindcolors are bold and very unique. Austin Beiv grew up in the tough streets of Brooklyn. Where the expression of one’s self was usually done through wall tagging, or as we say in Italian "graffito". Austin was influenced by many different artists particularly Fernando Carlo. Fernando was well known for his expressive graffiti. The influence from Austin’s childhood is where the edge and contemporary look comes from in his art pieces. Austin graduated from Pratt Institute in the early ’90s.
