Our debut Indoor Outdoor Fabrics collection, Zoffany x Michael S. Smith is a new body of technical textiles born from hand-selected archival pieces. One of Michael S. Smith’s favourites, the design is offered in five different colourways, two of which – Archive Green and Archive Coral – are lifted directly from our storied archives. The pattern features lilies of the valley artfully arranged in a stripe-effect motif and was inspired by the print mark from the reverse of the original cloth. It embodies the essence of the collection: an archival design reimagined on performance-led fabric chosen for its texture and soft handle, engineered to elevate indoor schemes and withstand outdoor use. It’s printed on a textured outdoor fabric selected for its finish and handle. This indoor/outdoor fabric is digitally printed at Zoffany’s historic UK factory onto an outdoor-ready base that’s mould resistant, lightfast, and finished with a C0 fluorine-free treatment for stain and water repellency.
