I ordered this expensive mirror, but it was delivered broken. The shipping cardboard box, the styrofoam polyethylene foams for packaging protection , weren't the right or best suitable way for shipping and handling such a big, fragile and heavy 43lbs mirror. I expect you take responsibility on this matter. Attached photos
