Attractive clock. Substantial size. Recommend!

Customer service excellent, the staff was polite, professional and clearly communicated. Process was fast, accurate and easy. Process to replace was fast and easy. Product is not good quality. First delivery the box was damaged (torn) and once removed from box was wobbly and the back door didn’t close. The replacement delivery also arrived damaged a the entire back of the clock was not fastened (screws were pulled out) together but with some adjustments was I able to fix the issues. Product is very poor quality and construction. Not worth the cost. Would not recommend.
