I love the mirror and light however the tilting aspect needs work, it doesn’t stay in place when tilting upwards!

The mirror has great features, but the installation is very difficult because the backplate is too small to cover a standard US electrical box. It's difficult to tighten the mirror adequately to keep it stabilized. Installation instructions are not adequate. I had my fantastic licensed electrician install it and he had to make significant modifications to get it tight enough to the wall so that it wouldn't loosen up with regular use.

I LOVE this mirror; it shows all my 'granny hairs,' which I hate and can get rid of before they are noticeable. I find my husband using it all the time. It does need to be hard-wired and our electrician did that. One drawback--no directions and I am unsure the LEDs can be replaced. Otherwise, perfect.

I really like it. Compact and good magnification

The quality of the mirror in terms of style, magnification and finish is great. What is not good is the fact that this product is not UL approved, is very limited in the way it can be mounted, the wiring/mounting harness must be augment for a safe permanent install and that there are no installation instruction available prior to purchase.
