The mirror itself is beautiful and the magnifying mirror inset is such a great design. However, the hooks on which the mirror are hung are not designed well at all. They are more shallow than the brackets on the sides of the mirror, and therefore after you install the hooks on your wall, the mirror can't hang on them. We ended up removing the hooks and placing washers against the wall first to make the hooks the same depth as the side brackets holding the mirror away from the wall.
