Mine was damaged upon receipt, but the resolution team was quick to resolve my issue. The clock itself is a fine quality made item, haven't yet tried to see if it works. Would order again, but since it was damaged, I lost the desire to include mantel clocks in my small entertainment furniture.

Nice case with battery powered electronic movement. Turing chime off reduces the sound to a subtle BLEEP but still noticeable. Price seems high for what you get but looks nice and works as described.

This was a great purchase. The clock has several different chime options, and the chimes are very pretty. You can turn the volume down, or you can set the clock to not chime at nighttime.

I love this clock. It's beautiful, has such a wonderful tone & adds a lot to our home. It was packaged & shipped with the utmost care & arrived earlier than expected. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with it.
