I was very disappointed in the condition of the picture when it had arrived. There was no packaging to secure the print in the box, so the picture arrived with broken glass (spilling out on the floor), damaged frame and damaged print. I've asked for a replacement but now that is taking over 3 weeks for arrival. Let's hope the condition is not the same with the new one!
