Print was beautiful but came without the floater frame. It is being sent but will take 3-4 weeks. I expected some monetary compensation for their error.

Love the size and quality of this painting. Be aware that in-person, it looks a lot more teal/turquoise/blue. I thought it would have more grey tone.
