Customers praise the product for its excellent quality, beautiful appearance, and lovely texture. The color is widely appreciated for matching decor well, and the inserts are noted as soft and plush. However, customers have mixed opinions about the price, with some finding it a bit pricey given that only one side is covered in the patterned fabric.
