The product that I received to Manzanita branches were broken and a person of the branches were gray and we’re about to break off. I spoke to the customer service team and they were not responsive for a week after three phone calls. When I did receive an email back. I requested to have both branches replaced. I have not heard back from Stephen. He mentioned he had not heard back from the manufacturer. I would like a response as to when I might receive the replacement branches as I need them for upcoming project.

Not great, I didn’t like the trimming of the branches. It was not natural; it was more about achieving the size stated in the description.
