The frame is gorgeous, front and back! However, the mechanism to open and close the frame to insert the picture is nearly impossible to use. Unfortunately, I had to return the frame (and pay return shipping) because I couldn't get the back to close once I finally got it open. A frame this expensive should be more user friendly and functional.
