Received the picture frame today. Shipped promptly and packaged well. I did have to trim my old picture very carefully for this frame and had a little trouble with the frame's clasp. My husband had to help, but we did manage Now on the shelf, and I am very happy with this purchase. It frames a very old picture previously matted, so the fit was difficult. Tight fit!
