While I love the item I do feel that I was misled. I thought according to the email I was going to get 30% off. That never happened. And none of the emails from your company are reliable. They all come from a no reply address and there is not a customer service email anywhere on those emails. I would’ve reached out directly instead of posting a review like this. But I guess that’s why the 30% email was misleading. Maybe you want people to shop and then have such a difficult time trying to get customer service to resolve the situation that they give up.
