Channelled Bedrock Gray is an exemplary work on paper that recalls the Modern art period of the 20th century. Patterns and shapes define this work with the repetition of muted ovals and bold dot-like marks that also lend depth to the piece. The texture is perceived from an overlay of scratch markings. A narrow, yet striking palette in sand, river-rock gray, and onyx provide the perfect balance to this work.
