Inspired by 16th-century German armor intended for light cavalry or infantry use, our Archduke Embroidered Tape emulates the sleek, geometric design elements of the original, which was created in 1582 by the celebrated armorer Anton Peffenhauser. The armor’s decorative motif has been reimagined with texture and dimension for an artful addition to pillows, wallcoverings, or furniture pieces. Embroidered on a 3"-wide faux-leather ground, the tape uses padding to create dimension within a structured design.
