I love everything about the clock

Great clock. Arrived quickly and safely. Ticks nicely and the chimes are great. Minor adjustment was needed on chimes, but after that they settled in nicely. They sound great. Beautiful finish as well. 

Received my clock promptly. I felt that the hinge on the glass that covers the face was a bit flimsy. I called customer service and was pleasantly surprised. A replacement was sent promptly no questions asked. Arrived today and looks beautiful. Cannot say enough about the customer service, we will order from Wayfair again. This will make a wonderful college graduation gift for our nephew.

Though I own several clocks ranging from modern to antique mantle and grandfather clocks from the likes of Sessions, New Haven, and Howard Miller (Kieninger movements) this is the first clock from this manufacturer that I have ever owned. This clock is beautiful. The picture does not do it justice. The chimes have a very distinct and melodious tone. It is a keeper. A real plus is that Wayfair has the best price on this clock.
