I know it’s artificial but it’s too fake looking. For this price. I expected better.

Looks a little different than the stock photo but still beautiful and very happy with it

This succulent plant is absolutely beautiful and the quartz crystals are a nice addition to the bowl. It is so unfortunate that we received the plant with large cracks all over the sides of the concrete bowl. One of the quartz crystals was found lying at the bottom of the box when the packaged was opened. Since it is broken, the quartz no longer fits into the succulent properly, leaving a large hole in the plant that is not aesthetically pleasing. I've reached out to customer service numerous times with no luck. I understand that accidents happen during the shipping process, however, I am disappointed that no one has gotten back to me yet regarding the damage. Hopefully no one else has this problem because it really is such a beautiful succulent to have in your office or home.
