The delivered item (and the replacement item) do not match the size and design shown on the product webpage; delivered items were 90" tall, with the difference in size cut from the bottom. While customer service did respond promptly by chat regarding the first delivery, they did not respond to email within three days, and do not provide a chat option for the replacement delivery.
