Before hung, the paper looks gorgeous. I hired professional installers who spent several hours trying to hang it. In the end, they were not able to hide the misalignment in the pattern and took it down. On the plus side, this was my first experience Wayfair’s Customer Service, and it was unbelievable. I spoke with Isabel, who looked at the pictures and agreed the product was clearly defective. She apologized, issued a refund, and flagged the paper to be inspected before shipping on any future orders. So nice to know I can continue to shop at Wayfair with confidence!
