It arrived to me broken and the broken pieces were packed inside the urn, which tells me whoever packed it knew it was broken.

It took 4 weeks for the vase to deliver from GA to FL. Shipping was changed several days after order to freight. Shipping updates were sparse. All in all though, it arrived well packaged. No damage. We are very pleased with the design and quality. It's a stunning addition and will eventually be in a grouping of similar vases as we locate more in complimentary style.

Love this terra-cotta vase it looks just like the pictures. The quality of it is extremely nice and it was packaged very well, which I have to say I was worried about purchasing at first after reading the reviews, no chips no scratches no missing pieces mint condition
