I will be returning the bookend set. The pieces are much too large and heavy for most applications. The photo on the web page gives no sense of scale. A familiar object, even a book, should have been placed in the pic. This is elementary. One has to check the specs which few would think to do, including me. It was a Xmas gift and the party will select a replacement set. Shipping the original set back will be a hassle. I will hesitate from purchasing from Perigold again.
