Dry the crystal with a soft, lint-free cotton or linen cloth to avoid water spots. Polish with the provided black cloth from the gift box. Air-drying may cause streaks or watermarks. Handle the crystal with clean, dry hands to avoid smudges or fingerprints. Always hold larger crystal pieces from the base, not by delicate parts like stems or handles, to prevent stress on fragile areas. Never use abrasive sponges, brushes, or scouring pads, as these can scratch or damage the surface of the crystal. Crystal is sensitive to temperature changes. Avoid exposing it to extreme hot or cold temperatures, as sudden changes can cause cracking or shattering. Do not pour boiling liquids into crystal containers, and avoid placing them in the freezer or exposing them to direct heat (such as in a microwave or oven).
